The Lois design captures a bit of Yesteryear in a bungalow-style three bedroom design. Over sixteen hundred square feet of heated area and a two-car garage are provided within the plan’s relatively narrow overall width. Note some of the other fine features: - Wide front porch shelters the living room’s tall triple windows and distinctive front entry
- Beyond the prefab fireplace lies the dining room, which enjoys plenty of natural light, easy pass-through service from the kitchen, and access to the back porch
- The master bedroom is located for privacy and has its own luxurious bathroom outfitted with a two vanities, a garden tub, a separate shower, a linen closet, and a walk-in closet
- The other two bedrooms share a full bath, and each has a walk-in closet
The minimum order for plans is for 4 sets. To order a plan, select its options above, and then select the "Add to Cart" button at the end of the list of options. (Additional charges appear next to certain options.) If you order reproducible plans, you will receive 1 set only. If you order a Package Set, it is not necessary to order Heat/Air Layouts, Materials Lists, or Plumbing Schematics because these options are included in Package Sets.
