New Three-Bedroom Craftsman Home Plan Radiates Ageless Beauty

Our home designers adapted a 1920s Craftsman bungalow by Standard Homes Company (our name many years ago) to create an ideal three-bedroom design that is sure to carry ageless beauty well into the new century.
A friendly porch welcomes you into a living room with a fireplace and plenty of natural light. As you continue into the dining room, you’ll find another satisfying, light-filled space. Notice the nearby kitchen with its pantry and functional layout. An adjoining area includes a handy computer desk, a coat closet, a bench, and access to the back porch.
The spacious Bedroom 1 has a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom outfitted with shower and double vanity. The other two bedrooms share a second bathroom. This design includes a two-car “carriage house” plan. 
The minimum order for plans is for 4 sets. To order a plan, select its options above, and then select the "Add to Cart" button at the end of the list of options. (Additional charges appear next to certain options.) If you order reproducible plans, you will receive 1 set only. If you order a Package Set, it is not necessary to order Heat/Air Layouts, Materials Lists, or Plumbing Schematics because these options are included in Package Sets.
